Painting time is normally approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the selected size, subject, complexity, and level of detail. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Will my painting arrive framed and ready to hang?
Unless the product page states otherwise, paintings are supplied unframed and rolled. The canvas is carefully protected and shipped in a sturdy protective tube for safe international delivery.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your painting arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your order, please contact me with photos of the issue. I will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the RomKart Return & Refund Policy.
