Yes. RomKart paintings are individually hand-painted in oil on canvas. They are not printed reproductions. Each piece is created with real oil paint using traditional painting techniques.
How close will a reproduction be to the original artwork?
I carefully recreate the composition, colors, atmosphere, and important details of the reference artwork. Because every painting is created by hand, small natural variations may occur, making each piece unique.
When will you start painting my order?
Most RomKart paintings are made to order. Painting begins after the order is confirmed. For custom portraits, I can prepare a composition or preview for you to review before painting begins.
How long does it take to complete a painting?
Painting time is normally approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the selected size, subject, complexity, and level of detail. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Will my painting arrive framed and ready to hang?
Unless the product page states otherwise, paintings are supplied unframed and rolled. The canvas is carefully protected and shipped in a sturdy protective tube for safe international delivery.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your painting arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your order, please contact me with photos of the issue. I will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the RomKart Return & Refund Policy.
